We do not exchange and do not return the product if it is not damaged and it is not our mistake. All goods are marked and have their unique number, so be careful when making an order! But even so, we often help customers and always try to give the best service!
BUT we will not cooperate with customers if there is rudeness and non-censorship abuse!
This is our policy and we will not work with people who do not know how to behave with dignity!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.


USPS First Class
United States:  Delivery up to 3-12 business days.

Canada:  Delivery up to 7-21 business days.

International (non-US, non-CA): Delivery up to 1-3 months, depending on destination and customs house. Some countries may require import fees, which customer will be responsible for. These fees are not included in shipping costs.


USPS Priority Mail
United States: Delivery up to 2-4 business days, depending on destination.

Canada: Delivery up to 7-14 business days.

International (non-US, non-CA): Delivery up to 7-14 business days in most major postal markets. Actual delivery dates can vary depending on local post. Some countries may require import fees, which customer will be responsible for. These fees are not included in shipping costs.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

NOTES:

1. We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 8-10 business days to process the order. We cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS).

All of our shipments include Tracking Number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (Call 1.800.ASK.USPS) in order to investigate this issue. We will not be responsible for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address. 

We’ll be able to file a missing mail claim only if you provide an official letter from USPS that the package was not delivered or a police report showing that your package was stolen.

USPS will not start a claim process if we will not be able to provide any supportive documentation.

RETURN

Return Policy If you received your order damaged or you are not satisfied with the appearance of our product, please do not use the product and contact us as soon as possible. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods. It is important for processing the return. You have 14 days after delivery to notify us about return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Package allowed to be open, but product has to be in unused condition.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
